- If you have not booked with us before, you will need to be shown how everything works before your first swim only
- Once you book, we will provide bank details to confirm your booking and arrange the briefing
- Repeat bookings will continue indefinitely until cancelled in writing via email
- To obtain the cheaper rate, a minimum of 4 bookings on the same day of the week at the same time need to be booked
- All payments should be received 48 hours in advance and within 24 hours of booking
